The room senior pharma leaders have been looking for.

Twelve vetted peers. Monthly facilitated sessions. Real conversations about the parts of the job nobody trains you for — the politics, the performance reviews, the room you're walking into next week.

How You Lead When It Gets Hard.

Most leaders train for performance.
We train for what happens under pressure.

You know the meeting I'm talking about.

You walked in pre-aligned with your stakeholder. By the third slide, they'd quietly pivoted, and you were defending a position they'd agreed to forty-eight hours earlier. You held the room. You smiled. You finished. And you left thinking what just happened.

You know the performance review where the numbers told one story and the rating told another. The peer relationship that's gone weird since the restructure and you can't quite name why. The team you've inherited with the political baggage. The conversation you've been avoiding for three weeks because you don't trust how you'll handle it in the moment.

Most leadership coaching skips this part. Most leadership content pretends pharma is just like every other industry. It isn't. The politics are sharper, the regulation is tighter, the rooms are smaller, and the people in them have memories that go back fifteen years.

If you're a senior leader in pharma or biotech, you've been navigating this mostly alone. Your peers are your competitors. Your boss doesn't want vulnerability. Most coaches have never sat in your seat.

This is the room where you stop carrying it alone.

What’s inside.

Twelve senior pharma and biotech leaders. One year together.

Monthly

A 90-minute facilitated session where you bring the situation you're actually in. The conversation. The political dynamic. The team move. The stakeholder. We coach it in the room, together. One leader's challenge sharpens the whole group.

Quarterly

A deeper themed session with a guest expert or a focused deep-dive on what keeps coming up. Succession. Change management. The medical and commercial dance. Navigating global. Building under budget pressure.

In Between

An async community space for the moments you can't schedule. The text you can't send to your spouse. The meeting reaction you need to get out before it festers. Plus a library of pre-recorded modules when you need them.

Annually

A retreat where the room becomes a place. One year of working through the hard stuff together, in person.

Founding cohort price: $500 a month. One-year commitment. Locked at this rate for as long as you stay.

After the founding cohort, the price goes to $1,500 a month for new members.

Application-based. The quality of the room is the product, so we're picky on purpose.

Who this is for.

Senior leaders in pharma, biotech, and adjacent industries who already know how to do the technical part of their job. CMOs. Commercial leads. Brand leads. Regional and national directors. People running real teams in real organisations. And people about to step into those seats.

If you've been in your seat long enough to know that the technical part isn't the hard part anymore. The hard part is the politics, the people, the moments when the script breaks. That's what this room is built for.

If you're early in your career, this isn't for you yet.

If you want a networking event with branded lanyards, there are cheaper ones.

If you want a room of peers who'll tell you the truth about your own pattern, that's what this is.

Senior leaders default in predictable directions.

Ā

Some push harder. Some withdraw. Some try to smooth it over before it escalates. Some shut down. A few stay present and guide the room.

The difference isn't intelligence. It isn't experience. It's whether you can see your own pattern in real time, with people who can see it too. That's what this room does.

Led by Kip Jon.

Applied behavioural scientist and executive coach. Eleven years inside pharma and biotech, working with country presidents, commercial VPs, medical heads, brand leads, regional sales directors, and the senior leaders running real teams day to day. I've coached through launches, restructures, performance plans, succession calls, and the political realities that don't make it into any leadership book.

Beyond pharma, my work is trusted by Fortune 100 executives, special forces operators, professional athletes, and elite performers. Different industries, same fundamentals. Pressure changes how people show up, and the leaders who learn to see it in real time outperform the ones who don't.

Earlier in my career I built creative firms inside a top medical communications agency from the ground up, and ran an event production company producing behavioural-science-based events globally.

The work started earlier than any of that. My first job was in experiential education, working with underprivileged youth. That's where I learned the principle the rest of my career has confirmed. People don't change because they're told to. They change when the room feels safe enough to be honest in.

This is that room.

Where this work happens.

The senior leaders inside this work hold roles like:

Country President Commercial VP and Global Franchise Head VP Scientific Affairs VP and Business Unit Director Medical Head Regional Sales Director Director of Marketing Global Marketing Director Specialty Business Manager Medical Advisor

Some are at top-10 pharma. Some are at biotech. All of them are operating in environments where the technical part of the job isn't the the part that keeps them up at night.

If this is the room you've been looking for.

The founding cohort opens June 1. Twelve seats. We talk before you join, for both our sakes.
